I prayed for the feelings especially for the sickness of the minister's wife that

made both of them absent.

Loving Accountability

David promised to prepare the place of meeting next session while sister Margaret promised to provide chalk and chalkboard.

Worship

We sang and prayed and discussed the importance of taking part in the Lord supper and giving.

Cast Vision

Acts 11:17 was discussed together in searching the Bible to see if these things are correct as the Berean Christian's did.

Sword Method

We surveyed 2Tim.1-18 and discovered the following together.

1. That it was by God's will that Paul became an apostle of Christ.

2. God called us to be his followers thru Christ

3 He abolished death and brought us to light thru the gospel.

Man

Paul cautioned Timothy not to be ashamed of the gospel

2. Paul is selected as preacher, teacher and apostle of the gentiles.

That some brethren in Asia abandoned Paul while in jail (phygellus and Hermogene) while some remained faithful to him.

Example

Lois and Eunice are good examples of family teachers of the gospel.

Paul's chain in the Lord is a good example of faith.

Command

Paul commanded Timothy not to leave the truth.

We learnt a new lesson that death has no victory over us if we die in the Lord.

We should also learn to teach our relatives as Lois and Eunice did.
