NIGERIA 4 FIELDS DISCIPLESHIP AND CHURCH MULTIPLICATION TRAINING WEEKLY REPORT - 13TH NOVEMBER, 2025

The training started at 8:05pm. The anchor person was Bro. Udoh Bassey, who welcomed everyone at the meeting and said the opening prayer.

GATHER

The "Mutual Time and Loving Accountability" was handled by Bro. Egbo Ejike Enoch. Some participants shared their experiences - their highs and lows, aspirations, and the outcome of their prayer requests from the previous week. He prayed, thanking God for their experiences, anticipating a better week ahead. During the worship, he led in a song and prayed.

CASTING OF VISION

Bro. Samuel Moses led the vision casting. Philippians 1.20,21 was the text he used to charge the participants to keep sharing the gospel. He stressed that in the furtherance of the gospel, Christ is magnified. So, we must magnify Christ through the sharing of the gospel.

GROW

Bro. Ajetunmobi Oluwasegun handled the "Grow." Luke 8.40-56 was the text considered. He read the text, and the Sword Method of Bible Study was used to analyze the text. Lessons learned about God and Man were discovered from the text. The commands (direct or implied) and examples (positive or negative) were also revealed from the text. After these, participants took turns to state their "I will" statements.

GO

The "Go" section was handled by Bro. Ogundipe Abraham. Practice Tool 10 - Five Levels of Leadership was the topic. He explained these levels thus: Level 1 - Seed Sower, Level 2 - Church Planter, Level 3 - Church Multiplier, Level 4 - Multiplication Trainer, Level 5 - Movement Catalyst. He identified those in Levels 1 and 2 as adders and those in Levels 3 to 5 as multipliers. So, he admonished all participants to be multipliers.

GOAL SETTING

The goal setting was moderated by Bro. Mayowa Ogunjimi. After participants shared their prayer requests and goals for the week, he asked Bro. Egbo Ejike Enoch to pray for those goals.

REVIEW/ COMMENTS

A review of the meeting was done by Bro. 'Biodun Owolabi. He appreciated the leaders for a job wonderfully done and also appreciated the presence of all participants in the meeting. Shortly after the review, Bro. Temiloluwa Owolabi said the prayer that brought the meeting to a close.

In total, sixteen (16) participants were in attendance. We look forward to meeting again next week. Until then, remain blessed in Christ's name. Amen.
