What do we learn about God? God's law is holy, righteous, and good, and He provides deliverance from the power of sin through Jesus Christ.

What do we learn about man? Human nature is inherently sinful and struggles constantly between the desire to do good and the reality of the flesh.

Is there an example to follow? The example to follow is found in Paul's honest confession of his own struggle, showing the importance of relying on God's grace rather than self-effort.
