WALK, CMN, AND THE 4 FIELDS DISCIPLESHIP AND CHURCH MULTIPLICATION TRAINING REPORT FROM KENEMA AND KAILAHUN IN SIERRA LEONE

Reported by brother Charles.

As the training for the church leaders ended successfully in Bo, a team of two, comprising of brothers Iyakata Adolphus Weah (Liberia), and Alex Sahr Bundor (S/L) traveled to Kenema on Friday August 14th, 2026 to meat and work with Brother Michael in Bo.

Before our arrival to Kenema, brother Peter Makundu and David Thoronka have prepared the ground, and we were ready to start the training with church members on the following day.

We used part of the first day on Saturday, August 15, to teach and model to about 40 brethren who came from 5 congregations in and around Kenema. We went for the harvest in the afternoon session. The first day exercise ended with an outdoor preaching where brother Iyakata Adolphus Weah used Jesus's story in three circles. The same happened on Sunday at the Bible class and a soul responded positively for baptism.

On the third day, Monday, August 17th, 2026, we mobilized the bear valley students to teach them the Sword Discovery Bible Study. Participants were motivated with the tool, and they were encouraged them to create a WhatsApp group and added us to the group with the interest to continue practising the tool(s) which enhances continuity in learning the remaining tools.

From Kenema, the team traveled to Kailahun to continue with the same process - Train leaders and the churches, go to the harvest with them and do gospel campaign in the evening. By God’s grace, there were 11 baptisms at the end of the work in Kailahun.

GOOD NEWS FROM BO

We baptized 26 at the Reservation area in Bo and saw the church meet for the first time last week with one more baptism. By God’s grace, there were 38 in attendance there today and 2 more got baptized. This brings the known baptisms in Sierra Leone through our work to 40 new souls.

Kindly pray for us as we continue to work in Gbalahun town and expect the other congregations to meet for the same routine.

We give all the glory to God for His guidance and travelling mercies upon us. May the good Lord bless all those who supported this mission in diverse ways.

Great and encouraging collective work of the Lord you are all doing across your regions brethren, keep it up for Jesus! Thank You Lord and thank you all involved.
